About the position
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Mural, your primary mission will be to own the measurement framework, dashboards, and KPI definitions for the company's business health reporting. You will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights and empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization. Leveraging your expertise in Tableau, SQL, DBT, and Airflow, you will build and maintain reporting packs that enable self-service analysis, allowing stakeholders to gain valuable insights and drive strategic initiatives. Your role will be essential in shaping the company's data-driven culture and contributing to its continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the measurement framework, ensuring the alignment of KPIs with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and design Tableau reporting packs for self-service analysis.
- Build and maintain robust data models and ETL processes using SQL, DBT, and Airflow to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data workflows and reporting processes.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and implement measures to maintain data integrity and alert stakeholders to anomalies.
- Work closely with the data engineering team to optimize data architecture and ensure data accessibility.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and reporting tools.
