Manager, Deal Strategy & Operations

The Manager, Deal Strategy and Operations at Mural is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to optimize deal structures, streamline operations, and enhance profitability through pricing and packaging support. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, and Project Management, to ensure effective deal execution aligned with the company's overall objectives. Additionally, they will lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and analyze business performance to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities. This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in deal strategy, operations, or business development.

• Lead and manage a team that supports the Revenue organization
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to optimize internal efficiency and improve customer value
• Provide strategic guidance on deal structures aligned with company objectives
• Maintain a seamless contract management process from quote-to-cash to billing
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with teams across the organization
• Analyze business performance, uncover trends and opportunities, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Have 5+ years of relevant experience in deal strategy, operations, or business development
• Have a proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex deals with a focus on finance.

• Base salary ranging from $116,200 - $145,300
