Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Security & Compliance

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Enterprise Security and Compliance team at Mural, your mission is to deliver features that ensure the security of our enterprise customers' data and intellectual property. You will play a central role in delivering strategic projects such as Data Loss Prevention features, BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), and eDiscovery. Working with a team of dedicated engineers, designers, and product managers, you will contribute to improving our product offering and helping our customers collaborate more effectively. Your expertise in building and shipping large-scale production software, along with your problem-solving skills, will be essential in driving the success of our cutting-edge visual collaboration app.

• Use a data-driven approach to create a stellar product, taking ownership and watching it evolve through influence
• Identify and solve customer challenges alongside teammates, collaborating closely with product management and design
• Build flexible and maintainable solutions while being accountable for quality, performance, and reliability
• Elevate the team's skills and knowledge by participating in technical designs and talks, performing code reviews, and doing pair programming

• 3+ years of building and shipping large-scale production software as part of an agile engineering team
• Expertise in the full stack, preferably with Javascript technologies and modern web application frameworks (React, etc.), and willingness to learn outside of comfort zone
• Experience planning technical projects and delivering new systems and features iteratively, with a focus on delivering value to customers quickly
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with product management and design teams
• Willingness to contribute to technical designs, code reviews, and pair programming
• Familiarity with Agile best practices and advocating for process improvements
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and deliver new features efficiently
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fun, and supportive global team environment.
