About the position

We are looking for a motivated individual with sales experience to join our team at Too Good To Go. Your mission will be to acquire new partners for our app, including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores, in order to expand our community. You will be responsible for pitching our concept, conducting in-person visits, and providing guidance on using our app. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to identify potential partners and increase awareness of Too Good To Go in Austria.

Responsibilities

  • Akquirieren neuer potenzieller Partner für die App
  • Werben von selbständigen bzw. kleinen Ketten an Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien und Lebensmittelhändler
  • Pitchen des Konzepts bei persönlichen Besuchen vor Ort
  • Durchführen telefonischer Kaltakquise bei neuen Partnerbetrieben
  • Einführen neuer Partner in das Konzept von Too Good To Go und in den Umgang mit der App
  • Beraten der Partner bei der Suche nach der bestmöglichen Lösung für überschüssige Lebensmittel
  • Arbeiten in kurzen Sales-Zyklen, um Partnerschaften erfolgreich abzuschließen
  • Kooperieren mit dem Sales-Team und anderen Abteilungen, um weitere potenzielle Betriebe zu finden und den Bekanntheitsgrad von Too Good To Go zu steigern
  • Potentielle Partner\*innen in Deutsch oder Englisch sowie in einer weiteren Sprache in das Konzept einführen (optional)
  • Verfügung über relevante Sales-Vorerfahrung mit Kaltakquise
  • Verfügung über ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit, Struktur und Zahlenaffinität
  • Gewissenhaftes Tracking der Arbeit
  • Überzeugen am Telefon und im persönlichen Kontakt
  • Zuhören, kommunizieren und Durchsetzungsvermögen in herausfordernden Gesprächssituationen
  • Selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten und Strukturierung des Arbeitstags
  • Verfügung über einen ordentlichen Drive und das Übertreffen monatlicher Sales Targets
  • Requirements

    • Relevant sales experience with cold calling, preferably in telesales
    • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (commercial education) is advantageous
    • High level of independence, structure, and affinity for numbers
    • Transparent and orderly tracking of work, experience in pipeline management (with Salesforce) is a plus
    • Enthusiasm and persuasive skills in both phone and in-person interactions
    • Active listening, communication skills, and assertiveness to handle challenging conversations
    • Self-organized and able to structure workday easily
    • Driven to exceed monthly sales targets while keeping team goals in mind
    • Alignment with the company's philosophy and seeking a job with purpose
    • Very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2), additional languages are a plus
