About the position
We are looking for a motivated individual with sales experience to join our team at Too Good To Go. Your mission will be to acquire new partners for our app, including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores, in order to expand our community. You will be responsible for pitching our concept, conducting in-person visits, and providing guidance on using our app. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to identify potential partners and increase awareness of Too Good To Go in Austria.

Requirements
- Relevant sales experience with cold calling, preferably in telesales
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung (commercial education) is advantageous
- High level of independence, structure, and affinity for numbers
- Transparent and orderly tracking of work, experience in pipeline management (with Salesforce) is a plus
- Enthusiasm and persuasive skills in both phone and in-person interactions
- Active listening, communication skills, and assertiveness to handle challenging conversations
- Self-organized and able to structure workday easily
- Driven to exceed monthly sales targets while keeping team goals in mind
- Alignment with the company's philosophy and seeking a job with purpose
- Very good German language skills (C2) and good English language skills (B2), additional languages are a plus
