About the position
We are looking for 4 exceptional Business Developers to join our superstar Sales team in Poland. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in building our sales team and expanding our community of food waste warriors. Your main responsibility will be to research accounts, identify stakeholders, and generate interest in Too Good To Go to sign partnerships with restaurants and other food businesses. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from making cold calls and physical visits to sealing partnerships and onboarding partners on our platform. Responsibilities
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go and sign partnerships with them.
- Communicate with restaurants and other food businesses to introduce Too Good To Go, through physical visits, email, cold-calls, and social media.
- Educate partners about fighting food waste, the mission of Too Good To Go, and cooperation with the company.
- Find creative ways to reach potential business partners.
- Seek ambassadors among the Too Good To Go partners community to help spread the mission.
- Have experience in sales, preferably in cold acquisition.
- Be results-focused, understand KPIs, and be driven to achieve targets.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Be fluent in Polish and strong in English.
- Be autonomous, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Have a genuine passion for the mission and eagerness to learn about ecology.
- Knowledge and contacts in the food industry are a plus.
- Travel to other regions of Poland up to twice a month, with travel expenses covered by the company.
Requirements
- Some experience in Sales, preferably in cold acquisition
- Results-focused and driven to smash targets
- First-class communication skills, with good grammar and writing skills
- Fluent in Polish and strong in English
- Autonomous and self-motivated, able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Proactive, organized, structured, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Genuine passion for the mission and eagerness to learn about ecology and spread the word
- Knowledge and contacts in the food industry is a significant plus
- Willingness to travel to other regions of Poland up to twice a month (travel expenses covered by the company)
