Responsibilities
- Ensure all Ampers have the technology they need, including reliable laptops, VPN access, secure and efficient networks, and systems.
- Coordinate with other departments like HR and Finance to meet technology needs.
- Analyze needs, identify redundancies and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of technology components.
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, networks, communication and collaboration systems, laptops, and security tools.
- Manage business-critical IT tasks and systems administration.
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Provide user support and manage the help desk function.
- Minimize repeat problems by supporting the usage, maintenance, and growth of the IT knowledge base.
- Manage IT procurement and payment services.
- Collaborate in the budget management process.
- Adapt to a growing business and fast-paced environment.
- Build a secure and scalable IT environment through efficient processes and automation.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate IT teams
- Experience supporting a Mac environment
- Administrative knowledge of SaaS productivity and collaboration tools (G-Suite, Slack, etc.)
- Identity provider solutions (Okta or similar)
- Able to analyze situations requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Wide breadth of technical knowledge and eagerness to expand knowledge base and skillset
- Manage business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Responsible for user support and help desk function
- Proactively adapt to a growing business and fast-paced environment

- Base salary range of $97,000 - $146,000
