Responsibilities
- Drive integrity and accountability in performance management, development, talent tracking, planning, and reward
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
- Enter data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance
- Provide HR advisory service to employees regarding absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and employee relations
- Develop and maintain contracts of employment ensuring legal compliance
- Identify development needs and collaborate with line managers to find solutions
- Participate in the implementation of HR programs to improve the employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the Finance or Energy industry
- Fluent level of English and German
- Systematic approach to change management, with an impact-focused mindset on both employees and the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
