• Handle administrative tasks and paperwork for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
• Enter data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance
• Provide HR advisory service to employees regarding absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and employee relations
• Develop and maintain contracts of employment ensuring legal compliance
• Identify development needs and collaborate with line managers to find solutions
• Participate in the implementation of HR programs to improve the employee experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as a Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within the Finance or Energy industry
• Fluent level of English and German
• Systematic approach to change management, with an impact-focused mindset on both employees and the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
