PV Construction Project Manager

The PV Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction phase of PV Renewable Energy projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols. They will manage all resources involved in the projects, both internal and external, and maintain relationships with stakeholders to obtain necessary permits. Additionally, the Project Manager will provide support to the Development and Technical departments, optimize project specifications, and define procurement strategies. They will also identify and implement improvement actions throughout project management.

• Management of the PV projects from RTB until COD
• Manage all resources assigned to the projects (engineering, procurement, construction, finance control, legal, etc.) to control and report its status and ensure project requirements and standards are met
• Manage the EPC Contracts, including the EPC Contractors and external providers
• Manage relationships with stakeholders of the projects (Authorities, Townhalls, landowners, REE, etc.) to obtain necessary permits to connect the plant
• Provide support to the Development Department to achieve RTB status and Asset Management (O&M) for the handover of the plants
• Provide support to the Technical department to optimize the layout and specifications of the plants and ensure progress of the works comply with requirements and standards
• Provide support to the Procurement department to define the procurement strategy of the project and select the providers
• Identify, implement, and monitor improvement and/or corrective actions throughout project management (risks, schedule, scope, cost, quality)

• Experience in managing PV Renewable Energy projects during the construction phase
• Ability to manage resources and ensure project meets planned requirements and standards
• Knowledge of EPC Contracts and ability to manage EPC Contractors and external providers
• Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders such as Authorities, Townhalls, landowners, REE, etc.
