About the position
The job overview for this role is to proactively contact and engage with restaurant owners and managers, primarily in the French market, to present and sell TheFork products and services. This includes promoting and selling features such as advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions. The goal is to help restaurants understand the opportunities and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and network, and ultimately close deals to successfully publish restaurants online. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong commercial mindset, excellent influencing skills, and a track record in business development, preferably in B2B and hospitality environments. Fluency in French and English is required.
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact restaurant owners or managers by phone to present TheFork products and services
- Conduct inbound and follow-up calls to promote TheFork products and services
- Focus on the French Market and contact restaurant owners for initial information about TheFork
- Propose and sell TheFork products and services, including promotions, software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions
- Engage with restaurant managers to explain the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network
- Follow up with prospects until closing the deal and successfully publishing the restaurant online
- Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders and consult internal teams with market knowledge
