About the position
The job overview for this position is to provide customer support and assistance to customers of TheFork. This includes answering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers with questions about the electronic reservation book, website, or app. The ideal candidate should be based in Barcelona, have a native level of Spanish and be fluent in English. They should also be open-minded and able to provide suitable solutions according to the specific needs of each customer.
