Head of Social Media

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Social Media and Platform expert to join our team at Mindvalley. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various teams, including Social Media, Content Marketing, and Blog. With a reach of over 15 million people across different channels, you will need to think creatively and analytically to scale engagement and revenue. Additionally, you will work closely with our content production team to ensure high-quality social content and collaborate with our advertising team for maximum reach and efficient use of ad budget. This role requires a proven track record in marketing and social media, excellent English skills, and a love for personal growth content.

• Develop and implement platform and content strategies for different social media channels
• Coordinate with the Head of Marketing and CEO to align strategies and ensure team execution
• Collaborate with the content production team to ensure high-quality social content
• Stay updated on social media innovations and implement them for growth
• Utilize Google Analytics and FB Insights to track and analyze data for content and social media improvement
• Work closely with the advertising team to maximize reach and optimize ad budget
• Have at least 8 years of experience in marketing and social media
• Demonstrate a proven track record of growing a brand through social media and storytelling
• Be mission-driven and passionate about distributing life-changing messages across platforms
• Possess excellent written and spoken English skills
• Have a love for personal growth content and the ability to grasp various concepts and teachings.
