About the position
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and managing the entire marketing funnel, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. They will work closely with the Head of Growth Marketing B2C to execute the growth strategy and implement data-driven growth plans. The role will involve managing and supporting activities across all stages of the customer experience, including community engagement and building authentic relationships with target audiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on retention and be highly analytical, testing-oriented, and results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Developing, executing, coordinating, and measuring integrated campaigns for demand generation
- Building marketing plans for customer retention, engagement, and loyalty
- Developing and implementing go-to-market plans for new products and/or new markets
- Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns/initiatives
- Working with internal and external resources to create compelling content and assets for customer education
- Defining segmentation and personalization practices for highly personalized campaigns
- Demonstrating the value of customer-centric communications strategy
- Working with Data Management team to build dashboards and communicate opportunities and successes
- Appending data to the database and leveraging it for personalized customer experiences
- Leveraging customer data for robust segmentation strategies and driving LTV metrics
- Setting financial targets and creating marketing plans and performance reporting for the supplements division
- Implementing an omnichannel approach to increase conversions and usability
- Implementing a testing strategy for communication channels/assets to understand customer preferences
- Supporting the product/brand team in crafting scalable go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Deep experience in growth marketing and customer acquisition
- Strong focus on customer retention and loyalty
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in go-to-market planning for new products or markets
- Proficiency in measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance
- Skilled in creating compelling content and assets for customer education
