Head of Product Engineering

As the Head of Product Engineering at Mindvalley, you will be responsible for overseeing all product engineering teams and processes, from conceptualization to final product delivery. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and deliver exceptional products that exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will play a critical role in managing and developing high-performing teams of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and strategic direction, partnering with stakeholders to transform the product vision into a feasible roadmap, and upholding engineering excellence through best practices and modern development practices.
