Responsibilities
- Establish creative standards for production, productivity, and quality
- Ensure team adheres to current processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Propose and create processes and tools to support design operations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions to create marketing plans
- Align team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team to implement
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Track campaign performance
- Conceptualize campaign vision and create original graphics for social media, advertising, events, and other marketing materials
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions
- Establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company
- Conduct a creative audit to elevate innovation
- Collaborate with other Art Directors and Heads of Departments on creative team growth and project strategies
