About the position
Decodable is seeking a Product Marketing leader to drive their GTM strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the product, launching features, and developing strategies to drive adoption. They will own the positioning, content, and campaigns across various channels, with a focus on engaging developer communities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in data infrastructure, cloud-native services, and developer content is preferred, and familiarity with cloud data infrastructure is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Marketing function
- Develop and execute a bottoms up, developer-led, GTM strategy
- Shape the product and drive feature launches
- Define strategies to grow adoption
- Own strategy, positioning, and content across the website, launch campaigns, and sales material
- Build out the developer and customer journey
- Align key messages to target audiences
- Create developer content and evangelism
- Engage developer communities
- Lead full lifecycle marketing and growth programs
- Prioritize experience with data infrastructure or cloud-native services
- Prioritize experience with product-led growth and bottom-up selling
- Prioritize experience with engaging developer communities
- Prioritize experience with leading marketing and growth programs
- Experience at a cloud data infrastructure company is a plus
