About the position

The Growth Manager at Clutch will be responsible for driving overall customer growth in the Sell to Clutch business line. They will work closely with the Founder and report to the Director of Special Projects & Growth. The role will involve acquiring new users for a product that tracks the value of users' cars and offers them the option to sell their vehicle to Clutch. The Growth Manager will need to think creatively, execute across various functions, and work at a fast pace to deliver targets. They will manage a multi-million dollar growth budget, optimize existing channels, and prioritize product features.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage a multi-million dollar growth budget and deliver on ambitious growth targets
  • Think outside of traditional performance growth channels and practices to strategically grow the business quickly and efficiently
  • Help prioritize product features and the product roadmap for the Sell to Clutch product and vehicle value tracker
  • Optimize spend on existing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) through rapid testing and iterations
  • Seek creative solutions to engage with the ideal customer
  • Understand every step of the funnel in detail and maintain dashboards to track conversions
  • Address new growth problem areas by ramping up on the problem, building context, and executing solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience at a high growth start-up in product
  • Ability to manage a multi-million dollar growth budget and deliver on ambitious growth targets
  • Strategic thinking and ability to think outside of traditional performance growth channels
  • Prioritization skills for product features and roadmap based on trade-offs, ROI, and scope
  • Experience in optimizing spend on existing channels and seeking creative solutions to engage with ideal customers
  • Strong understanding of the funnel and ability to maintain dashboards for tracking conversions
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new growth problem areas and execute solutions
