E-commerce Project Executive

This position is responsible for assisting in launching marketing collections, campaigns, artist and influencer capsules, and daily operations for visual merchandising of the website. The role involves coordinating with different departments to obtain materials for launch preparation, creating web pages for collection launches, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. The individual will also work closely with the artist team to create customizers and collections, maintain the quality of project output, and ensure that collections follow launch guidelines.

• Assist in project executions such as website changes, collection launches, and content updates on the web
• Create web pages for all collection launches and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Coordinate with different departments to gather materials for launch preparation
• Arrange contents, translations, and pricing for regional markets on the website
• Collaborate closely with the artist team to create customizers and collections
• Maintain the quality of project output through quality checks and prompt issue resolution
• Ensure that collections adhere to launch guidelines from E-commerce

• Assist in project executions - website changes/collection launch/content update on web
• Create web pages for all collection launches and ensure project is delivered on time
• Coordinate with different departments to obtain related materials for launch preparation
• Arrange contents, translations, and pricing for all regional markets at Casetify (localization) in web
• Closely work with the artist team to create the customizers and collections
• Maintain the quality of the project output (Quality check) and fix the issues promptly
• Ensure and gate keep that the collections follow the launch guidelines from E-c
