About the position
InsightRX, a healthcare technology company based in San Francisco, is seeking a sales professional with 3+ years of experience in account-based selling of enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer relationship skills, proven success with complex sales cycles, and experience with CRM systems and processes. The company values start-up experience and the ability to work with engineers, scientists, and management. Responsibilities
- Sell enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers using account-based selling techniques
- Interact with and pitch to all members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leaders
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships from early customer engagement to post-sales
- Successfully navigate complex sales cycles including site presentations and contract development with key stakeholders
- Document knowledge and actions regarding sales and marketing activities using CRM systems and processes
- Take personal accountability for end-to-end sales management
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels
- Travel as required
- Value start-up experience
- Work collaboratively with engineers, scientists, and management
- Technical understanding of or experience with medication administration, dosing, or precision medicine is a bonus.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with account-based selling of enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers
- Preferably a PharmD or an advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD)
- Comfort interacting with and pitching all members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leaders
- Excellent customer relationship skills spanning early customer engagement to post-sales
- Proven success with complex sales cycles including site presentations and contract development with key stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems and processes to document knowledge and actions regarding sales and marketing activities (i.e., sales calls, customer events, inbound and outbound leads, e-marketing campaigns)
- A high level of personal accountability and end-to-end sales management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Travel, as required.
