InsightRX, a precision medicine software company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. The role involves managing a defined subset of their current health system customer base, including renewing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering outstanding customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with health system customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, goals, and challenges, and align our solutions to meet those needs
- Actively manage the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our customer base, leveraging our solutions and services to solve customers' challenges
- Collaborate successfully with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product)
- Experience in account management and customer service
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understanding of customers' needs, goals, and challenges
- Ability to align solutions to meet customers' needs
- Knowledge of the renewal process for existing accounts
