About the position
InsightRX is seeking a motivated and talented professional to join their rapidly growing and well-funded startup. This individual will have the opportunity to be part of a company during a period of fast growth and will play a crucial role in executing against significant revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and experience in account-based selling of enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers. Additionally, they should be comfortable interacting with and pitching to various members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leaders. This role offers the chance to improve patient care and make a positive impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers through account-based selling
- Interact with and pitch to all members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leaders
- Utilize knowledge and experience in pharmacology and precision dosing to improve patient care and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare practitioners to optimize treatment across therapeutic areas such as antibiotics, chemotherapeutics, and immunosuppressants
- Integrate InsightRX into the clinical workflow of medical centers
- Partner with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to advance precision dosing in patient care
- Contribute to the fast growth of InsightRX as a motivated and talented professional
- Execute against significant revenue opportunities in the healthcare industry
- Make a positive impact on the healthcare industry by improving patient care through individualized treatment at the point of care.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with account-based selling of enterprise software to hospital systems and/or payers
- Preferably a PharmD or an advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD)
- Comfort interacting with and pitching all members of a hospital vertical, including nurses, pharmacists, physicians, and CMO-level leaders
