About the position
InsightRX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and manage a defined subset of their current health system customer base. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs. The Account Manager will also be responsible for managing the renewal process for existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and pursuing new business opportunities within the customer base. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health system customers, including key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, goals, and challenges, and align our solutions to meet those needs
- Actively manage the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our customer base, leveraging our solutions and services to solve customers' challenges
- Collaborate successfully with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product)
Requirements
- Experience in account management, specifically managing a defined subset of health system customers
- Proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within health system customers
- Deep understanding of customers' needs, goals, and challenges, and ability to align solutions to meet those needs
- Proficiency in actively managing the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Skill in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the customer base, utilizing solutions and services to solve customers' challenges
- Collaboration skills to work successfully with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.
