About the position

InsightRX is seeking a Business Operations Manager to establish internal processes that will support the company's rapid growth and expansion into new markets. This role will involve overseeing accounting, finance, sales and marketing operations, as well as managing various strategic projects. The ideal candidate should be versatile, capable of multitasking, and possess effective communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in running a SaaS digital health startup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the monthly close process with little to no oversight
  • Provide accurate and timely financial analysis to executives
  • Optimize Salesforce to accommodate the constantly changing needs

Requirements

  • Experience in managing accounting, finance, sales, and marketing operations
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc strategic projects
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly close process
  • Proficiency in providing accurate and timely financial analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce optimization
  • Strong communication skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Proficiency in managing complex budgets
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience interpreting financial data
  • Experience building data models and using project management software
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
