Cloud Infrastructure Architect

• Provide technical delivery leadership on client engagements
• Lead architectural design sessions with clients
• Provide coaching and guidance to peers for implementation
• Manage client expectations
• Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team culture
• Provide technical oversight and guidance for junior team members
• Serve as a coach to support the upskilling of team members
• Foster and build relationships between cloud infrastructure teams
• Function as technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements
• Partner with Delivery Excellence to align project milestones
• Possess broad deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies
• Have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and their implementation using IaC
• Assist with breaking through project blockers to reach billable targets
• Facilitate change orders and project extensions
• Drive alignment between different 3Cloud practice areas
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and their impact on 3Cloud offerings
• Obtain the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification
• Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings and identify new solution opportunities
• Lead and guide infrastructure offerings committees
• Become a trusted advisor within multiple accounts
• Lead and guide multiple engagements to enable team scalability
• Support teammates with unblocking engagements and remediating escalations

• Must have experience in providing technical delivery leadership on client engagements
• Ability to lead architectural design sessions with clients
• Experience in coaching and guiding team members in infrastructure engagements
• Strong consultative skills and technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements
• Broad and deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and implementation using IaC (Bicep or Terraform)
• Familiarity with the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification
• Ability to identify new Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities
• Leadership skills in guiding infrastructure offerings committees
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other teams
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and their impact on existing offerings
• Support business growth by becoming a trusted advisor within multiple accounts
• Ability to lead and guide multiple engagements to enable team scalability
