About the position
Rebag is seeking a VIP Seller Services Representative to drive the acquisition of preowned luxury items from individuals for resale. The representative will proactively outreach and connect with potential sellers, host regular calls and meetings to maintain relationships, negotiate with sellers, and research and identify referral partners. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, sales-oriented, passionate about luxury resale, and have excellent time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Proactively outreach and connect with potential sellers until conversion
- Host regular calls and/or virtual meetings with sellers to activate and maintain relationships
- Drive numbers for procuring preowned designer items
- Negotiate with and educate sellers on the resale market along with the overall demand for their items
- Research and identify sellers and referral partners for the unique partnership referral program (personal stylists, personal shoppers, retail sales, wardrobe experts, image consultants)
- Brainstorm creative ways to target new partnerships
- Strong hunter-sales-mindset with a desire to exceed expectations and quotas
- Ability to develop new B2C customers through prospecting and leveraging referrals
- Has previous client base in similar field or face to face outside sales environment
