About the position

Rebag is looking for a VIP Seller Services Representative to acquire preowned luxury items from individuals for resale. The representative will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential sellers, hosting meetings to establish and maintain relationships, driving numbers for procuring designer items, negotiating with sellers, and researching and identifying referral partners for a unique partnership program. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively to target new partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively outreach and connect with potential sellers until conversion
  • Host regular calls and/or virtual meetings with sellers to activate and maintain relationships
  • Drive numbers for procuring preowned designer items
  • Negotiate with and educate sellers on the resale market along with the overall demand for their items
  • Research and identify sellers and referral partners for the unique partnership referral program (personal stylists, personal shoppers, retail sales, wardrobe experts, image consultants)
  • Brainstorm creative ways to target new partnerships
  • Strong hunter-sales-mindset with a desire to exceed expectations and quotas
  • Ability to develop new B2C customers through prospecting and leveraging referrals
  • Has previous client base in similar field or face to face outside sales environment
