About the position
This role is part of a world-class Business Development team and focuses on generating new leads and researching prospects and companies. The main responsibilities include following up with marketing-qualified leads, prospecting and booking qualified appointments, and sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails. The ideal candidate should have previous business development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Fluency in English and Hebrew/Arabic is essential.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with a high volume of marketing-qualified leads and convert them to appointments
- Research and identify additional accounts and individuals that fit the Ideal Customer Profile
- Prospect, call, and email to book qualified appointments for Sales Representatives
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Document all sales activity in the CRM system (Salesforce) and perform monthly and quarterly forecasting tasks
- Meet or exceed metrics for calls, emails, appointments, and opportunities
Requirements
- Previous Business development experience
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience telemarketing, cold-calling, lead nurturing and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone an advantage
- Time Management, planning & organizational skills
- Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
- A fun and engaging personality
- 2 years sales or lead generation experience
- Business level English and Hebrew/Arabic is essential
