Business Developer Terrain Paris - TheFork

TheFork is seeking a Business Developer to understand and deploy the company's strategy in the local restaurant industry. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, is comfortable with prospecting, and has a solid background in restaurant or CHR sales. They should be able to analyze customer needs and negotiate partnerships with restaurant partners. The role requires effective communication and reporting skills to achieve monthly goals. • Comprendre la stratégie de TheFork, se l’approprier et la déployer sur le terrain.
• Cibler les restaurants à potentiel sur la base des recommandations du Marketing et sur base de votre connaissance du tissu du CHR local.
• Analyser les besoins clients, effectuer une vente complète des produits TheFork : modules installés sur le site du restaurant, sa page FB ou Instagram, le calage de la formation en lien avec le service Formation de TheFork.
• Négocier la mise en place d’opérations (promotions, programme Super Yums) pour construire des partenariats gagnant-gagnant avec nos restaurateurs partenaires.
• Mettre en place une organisation efficace en accord avec votre manager pour répartir votre planning entre prospection et rendez-vous clients.
• Savoir rendre compte efficacement des informations collectées sur le terrain et piloter son activité quotidienne pour atteindre ses objectifs mensuels.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Business development skills with no fear of prospecting
• Solid sales experience, preferably in the restaurant or CHR industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire confidence in clients
• Ability to analyze client needs and sell TheFork products effectively
• Negotiation skills to build win-win partnerships with restaurant partners
• Effective communication and reporting skills to achieve monthly objectives
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
