About the position
Pine Gate Renewables is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join their team and oversee the recruitment process for internships, REAP, and entry-level positions. The company values building a talented team and believes that recruiting is a team sport. The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, creating positive candidate experiences, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. They will also collaborate with the talent team to support diversity initiatives and streamline recruiting processes. Additionally, the Associate Recruiter will partner with hiring managers, participate in candidate selection, and assist with program support, such as managing recruiting events and researching career fairs. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent.
- Research candidate pool and identify sourcing possibilities, while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process.
- Craft and send engaging recruiting emails, post on various social media platforms, and create event outreach materials in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Work with the talent team to identify new sourcing avenues to support diversity initiatives.
- Assist the talent team with streamlined recruiting processes and procedures.
- Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment activities and candidate files.
- Ability to modify and edit job descriptions to attract talent.
- Represent and promote the company's culture and core values throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview candidates to assess skills, competencies, aptitude, value fit, compensation expectations, and interest level.
- Partner with hiring managers and other decision makers, participate in the candidate selection process.
- Help develop and establish additional selection criteria with the Hiring Manager to select the best qualified candidates.
- Assist with developing and training Hiring Managers and Hiring Teams on recruiting processes and best practices.
- Help manage, identify and schedule onsite and remote recruiting events.
- Research and participate in the relevant career fairs and professional organizations to support the PGR Brand and growth plan.
- Find identify ways to improve recruiting events and track attendance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
