Business Process Senior Manager (Solar Project Development)

Additionally, the Senior Manager will establish key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborate with the Data and Analytics team, oversee process and system requests, facilitate cross-departmental communications, and support and supervise staff.

• Managing the Project Development Team through the implementation of technology and resources that support business processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and senior-level leadership to drive business outcomes through the identification, design, improvement, and execution of business solutions.
• Developing and presenting strategic solutions for the execution of business initiatives.
• Creating, implementing, and managing resources that optimize processes and improve data quality.
• Supporting Executive and Team Leadership in creating and implementing training and training documentation in business processes and systems.
• Delivering innovative business process solutions that capitalize on technology and increase efficiency.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to streamline business strategy.
• Collaborating with the Data and Analytics team to establish reporting that meets business process needs and strategic business targets.
• Overseeing process and system requests to optimize business workflows.
• Facilitating cross-departmental communications with leadership to ensure effective execution of process and system overlaps in system development.
• Directing change management communications to responsible business units and the organization as needed.
• Supporting and supervising staff with growing team needs.

• 2+ years of Solar Development experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience translating business and technical requirements
• Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff, and executive management
• Ability to align efforts with strategic customer objectives
• Ability to deliver results in a project-based environment
