About the position

The Account Manager role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a helpful and patient demeanor. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment in the healthcare staffing space, communicating with existing clients and physicians, and leveraging technology and resources to make a difference in the lives of physicians and the communities they serve. The Account Manager will be part of a team and have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

  • Communicate with clients and physicians to build and maintain relationships
  • Utilize technology, reputation, and resources to advance career and provide meaningful work
  • Make a difference in the lives of physicians and communities served
  • Collaborate with a team and work in a fast-paced environment
