About the position
This job is for a Recruiter who will leverage technology, reputation, and resources to build strong relationships with physicians and staff temporary assignments nationwide. The recruiter will be responsible for communicating with physicians through email, calls, and texts to help them find meaningful work. The role requires effective communication skills, persuasive abilities, and the ability to work in a quota-driven sales environment. The recruiter will be part of a team and will be rewarded with commission checks based on their success in making deals happen.
Responsibilities
- Email, call, and text physicians to help them find meaningful and rewarding work
- Build strong relationships with physicians to staff temporary assignments nationwide
- Use technology, reputation, and resources to recruit physicians
- Experience the satisfaction of knowing that your work helps patients receive the care they need
- Deal with the disappointment when a physician you found chooses another opportunity
- Find difficult-to-find candidates and showcase your success to colleagues
- Deal with the frustration of being ignored or ghosted by potential candidates
- Collaborate with a team to ensure successful deals
- Earn commission based on successful placements
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- Craft effective emails and texts to elicit responses
- Gain trust quickly when speaking with potential candidates
- Understand that recruiting is a form of sales and be able to sell effectively
- Work in a quota-driven sales environment
- Persuade others and help them differentiate their needs and wants
- Listen carefully and use what you hear to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in Helping Others Find A Job (not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with physicians
- Experience in sales or quota-driven sales environment
- Persuasive and able to differentiate needs and wants
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
