Responsibilities
- Email, call, and text physicians to build relationships with them so they find meaningful and rewarding work.
- Travel to states and cities to consult with clients.
- Leverage technology, reputation, and resources to build strong, professional relationships.
- Make a difference in the lives of physicians and the communities served.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, gaining trust quickly.
- Sell and meet quotas in a sales-driven environment.
- Help friends, family, and colleagues differentiate between their needs and wants.
- Listen carefully and provide solutions based on what is heard.
Requirements
- Degree in "Helping Others Find A Career" or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience and ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment
- Persuasive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians
- Willingness to travel to different states and cities for client consultations
- Familiarity with technology and ability to leverage resources effectively
- Team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
