About the position
Curative is seeking a Recruiter to leverage their technology, reputation, and resources to build strong relationships with physicians to staff temporary assignments across the country. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of sales or recruiting experience, a college degree or equivalent experience, and excellent communication skills. The job requires effective selling, persuasion, and communication skills, as well as a desire to help people. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while also being a champion for teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Email, call, and text physicians to build strong relationships and help them find meaningful and rewarding work
- Find physicians to staff temporary assignments all over the country
- Sell effectively without being seen as a salesperson
- Help others differentiate needs and wants
- Listen carefully and use what you hear to reach desired outcomes
- Position yourself as a Recruiter with solutions
- Handle a wide range of personality types
- Communicate effectively (written and spoken)
- Work as a team to make every deal happen
Requirements
- Recruiting and/or at least two (2) years of sales experience
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and spoken)
- Low tolerance for drama & self-pity
- A desire for professional independence AND a champion for teamwork.
