Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and nurture client relationships
- Interpret client needs and translate them to the search process
- Convey the advantages of Curative to clients compared to other choices in the marketplace
- Develop a client base by leveraging an existing network and capitalizing on leads
- Offer appropriate counsel and serve as a strategic partner on talent market, role design, and leadership talent topics
- Direct a team handling internal research efforts and identifying targets for candidate sourcing
- Communicate client needs to potential candidates in a compelling manner
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and leadership capabilities against client needs
- Utilize firm technology, including the project database, for work efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage the search process as the "face" of the search with clients
