About the position
This role is for an Account Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key restaurant partners. The main focus of the role is to drive business growth and improve the commercial and operational performance of these accounts. The Account Manager will analyze data on account performance and use this information to make data-driven decisions to improve key accounts. Additionally, the role involves conducting monthly performance reviews with merchants and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure growth objectives are met. Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles is required, along with excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact with key restaurant partners
- Drive business growth of accounts and improve their commercial and operational performance
- Analyze data on accounts performance and make data-backed decisions to improve performance
- Complete monthly merchant performance reviews and create plans for the next month based on discussions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and supply, merchant, and customer domains to meet growth objectives
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organization skills
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable analyzing data
- Experience using Microsoft
