About the position
Forbes Vetted is seeking an Account Manager, eCommerce Partnerships to join their partnerships team. The role involves building, nurturing, and growing direct partnerships with retailers and networks. The Account Manager will work closely with the Senior Manager, Account Management to execute paid programs, optimize commission increases, and communicate retailer opportunities to the Forbes Vetted Editorial Team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Digital Marketing, with strong presentation and design skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales in growing client partnerships through execution on Paid Programs and Commission Increase optimizations
- Build, manage and maintain partnership development internal workflows and tracking
- Communicate retailer opportunities and changes to the Forbes Vetted Editorial Team to work towards building and executing on strategic partnerships
- Partner with Editorial, Branded Content, Distribution and other teams to successfully launch and manage Paid Programs
- Execute on sold paid content, email and social campaigns
- Analyze results of commission rate increases and paid program performance and provide feedback and wrap-up reports to retailers
- Provide reporting to sales for upselling and renewals for Paid Programs / Commission Rate increase opportunities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience with Account Management, Sales, Digital Marketing or advertiser relations. Publisher experience is a plus.
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of the Affiliate Industry
- Ability to analyze affiliate data and create actionable insights
- Highly-organized, detail oriented, and a problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or other sale tracking tools is a bonus
- Experience working with Monday and/or other project management tools is a bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree

- Competitive annual base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
