About the position
Xendit is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20 to 40 accounts, focusing on upselling and troubleshooting. They will serve as a trusted partner and advocate for their customers, building strong relationships to ensure long-term success. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will identify upselling opportunities, engage with internal stakeholders, and contribute to team projects to refine the sales process. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to making Xendit succeed.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of account management experience with a history of top tier performance
- Basic understanding of the product within 1 month
- Advanced understanding of the product within 2 months
- Able to shadow and learn from other members within 2 months
- Able to take over and manage accounts within 2 months
- Able to independently lead conversations with guidance from team lead within 3 months
- Able to manage and plan on how to grow existing accounts within 3 months
- Fit in with the team and be a team player within 3 months
- Able to build strong relationships with accounts within 6 months
- Independent to lead own effort to success within 6 months
- Able to work with stakeholders to unblock and grow within 6 months
- Able to showcase independence and efficiency in strategizing and managing deals within 9 months
