About the position
The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is an entry-point for a career in sales, with a focus on B2B and software sales. The ADR is responsible for coordinating meetings with Account Managers and ensuring they have updated information on customers to maximize their effectiveness. The role does not involve outbound prospecting, as there is a steady stream of inside leads provided. Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings with Account Managers and provide them with updated information on customers
- Maximize the effectiveness of Account Managers in working with existing customers
- Work with inside leads provided by the company
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Provide support to the Account Management team in various tasks and projects
Requirements
- B2B and software sales experience can be a differentiator
