Customer Support Engineer

This job offers a remote opportunity as a Customer Support Engineer at Files.com, a hybrid remote company. The starting salary is $100,000 per year with the potential for raises and equity. In this role, you will receive in-house training to enhance your technical support skills and become familiar with the company's processes, tools, and technology. You will be part of a close-knit Customer Support team that collaborates daily on Zoom. • Responding to customer-initiated interactions such as phone calls and emails (one-on-one communication).
• Identifying software bugs and feature requests, and coordinating with the relevant team for handling.

• Technical skillset of level 2 or level 3 Tech Support Engineer
• Willingness to undergo training on company processes, tools, and technology
• Ability to work well in a tight-knit team and collaborate effectively on Zoom
