About the position
The Account Development Representative (ADR) role is an entry-point for a career in sales, with a focus on B2B and software sales. The ADR is responsible for coordinating meetings with Account Managers and ensuring they have updated information on customers to maximize their effectiveness. This role does not involve outbound prospecting, as there is a steady stream of inside leads provided. Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings with Account Managers and provide them with updated information on customers
- Maximize the effectiveness of Account Managers in working with existing customers
- Work with inside leads provided by the company
- Assist in building real relationships with customers through regular in-person meetings
- Provide logistical support to the Account Management team
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team
- Participate in in-house training to learn the necessary skills for the role
- Take advantage of travel opportunities for team meetings in various cities
- Contribute to creating an awesome office atmosphere in the Scottsdale office
Requirements
- B2B and software sales experience can be a differentiator
