About The Position

Revere Electric Supply Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing safety, performance, and process controls related to shipping and receiving activities. The Warehouse Manager ensures product is properly received and stored, customer orders are processed accurately, and materials are shipped on time in a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of distribution/warehouse management experience, preferred.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, including company’s business system and Microsoft Office products
  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
  • Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Strong safety mindset with experience implementing or enforcing safety procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional training or coursework in supply chain management or other business-related areas, helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage, organize, direct, and develop warehouse leadership to ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage appropriate staffing levels to ensure all warehousing functions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform standard managerial duties including scheduling and approving PTO, coordinating training, conducting performance reviews, and providing input on compensation.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the ongoing career development of warehouse team members.
  • Ensure warehouse employee training meets company standards and actively manage performance and accountability.
  • Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Oversee logistics activities to ensure on-time delivery and transportation of materials to customers and internal facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and administer safety procedures; proactively identify and eliminate unsafe conditions to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment that supports product conformity and operational excellence.
  • Partner with the Operations Manager and Leadership Team to develop and improve procedures and work methods.
  • Engage suppliers as needed to support material flow, resolve discrepancies, and provide required information.
  • Travel occasionally to other Revere locations as business needs require.
