About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures. Each person is accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and/or departmental metrics. Key responsibilities include receiving and documenting product into SAP, finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system, preparing withholding tax reconciliation, proactively addressing issues or discrepancies, and verifying the quantity and correctness of products. The role also involves working with the lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product. Requirements

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
  • Some computer experience.
  • Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
