About The Position

Requirements

• High School Education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures.
• Some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.
• Following all Insight policies and procedures.
• Meeting or exceeding individual and/or departmental metrics.
• Receiving and documenting product into SAP.
• Finding locations of product using SAP or client asset management system.
• Preparing withholding tax reconciliation.
• Proactively addressing issues or discrepancies.
• Verifying quantity and the correct products.
• Working with the lab team to pack product and post goods receipts on finished product.
• Operating a pallet jack and shrink-wrapping equipment.
