About The Position

Requirements
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
- Experience in general practice, urgent care, or specialty settings
- Proficiency with venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, and surgical assistance
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A positive attitude and commitment to supporting teammates
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support for patients throughout their visit
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor anesthesia and support surgical workflows
- Collect laboratory samples, perform venipuncture, and place IV catheters
- Capture high-quality diagnostic radiographs and perform ECGs as needed
- Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
