About The Position
Chathams Small Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its growing general-practice clinic. The role is open to experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The clinic sees approximately 16 appointments per day, with two support staff per veterinarian, and provides a mix of wellness care, sick-patient care, surgery, and dentistry. A traveling orthopedic surgeon is also available. The team is described as collaborative and experienced, with the clinic’s DVMs having each been there for more than 10 years. The veterinarian will provide patient care and build long-term client relationships, working with a skilled support team and benefiting from medical autonomy, operational support, and mentorship. The clinic offers digital X-ray, ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, digital dental X-rays, and Invue technology. The position offers an annual salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus production bonuses, along with additional compensation and benefits. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses are available.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
