About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. On the Strategic Account management team reporting to Managing Director of Sales, Corporate Strategic Accounts, you will focus on delivering incremental revenue and driving market share growth for your assigned account portfolio. Lead the business travel strategy for a portfolio of Hilton's largest, and most complex global corporate accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner with each client's travel manager. Drive Hilton's annual global Request for Proposal (RFP) process for your accounts—executing strategies that expand Hilton's shelf space, increase adoption of dynamic pricing programs, and deliver ADR and market share growth. Be the global account guardian, ensuring understanding across regions, brands, and partners to deliver a unified, strategic approach for each customer. Partner with the Director of Group Sales on shared accounts to ensure a coordinated, enterprise‑wide strategy across both transient and group segments. Engage with regional and on‑property sales leaders to ensure global alignment and delivery of Hilton's value proposition. Facilitate strategic reviews and planning sessions with client travel managers, procurement leaders, and internal Hilton executives. Represent Hilton within important industry forums and customer‑facing events (e.g., GBTA), strengthening relationships with travel managers, procurement leaders, and industry partners. Develop annual account plans, including performance goals, strategic initiatives, and engagement actions aligned to Hilton's Global Strategic Accounts Playbook. Deliver RFP outcomes, quarterly business reviews, and executive‑level reporting that demonstrate progress against revenue, share, and program‑expansion objectives.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of work experience in hotel business travel sales
  • Five (5) years maintaining national or global transient accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality travel industry
  • Travel up to 40%
