About The Position
At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This role offers flexibility in setting your own schedule, managing your own territory, and unlimited earning potential through uncapped sales incentives. You will have a strong support team behind you and receive extensive training to earn your licenses and set you up for success.
Requirements
- Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
- Self-starter who thrives working independently
- Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
- Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
- Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Responsibilities
