About The Position
Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician/Floor Care Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience is a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- Painting experience.
- Drywall repair experience.
- Light electrical systems experience.
- Light plumbing systems experience.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- A year of experience
Responsibilities
- Assure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
