About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and facilities management software (e.g,Famis 360, FM:Systems, Planon)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Vocational training or associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with CMMS software and hardware
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication, customer service and teamwork skills
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
• Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
• Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities.
