About The Position

Cerro Flow Products LLC, a part of Marmon Holdings and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking mechanically minded individuals for their maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring production runs safely and efficiently. The company encourages applications from individuals with backgrounds in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, machine repair, automotive mechanics, heavy equipment, or millwright work. Candidates with both union and non-union maintenance experience are welcome. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain and repair the equipment essential to the operation, gaining hands-on experience in a team that prioritizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
  • Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Assisting with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
  • Supporting plant layout changes and production improvements.
  • Leveling, aligning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Working safely and contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement.
