About The Position

Requirements

• Experience selling vitamins, dietary supplements or nutritional products preferred.
• Interest in health, nutrition and wellness.
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and making product recommendations.
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Reliable, positive and professional and willingness to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Assist customers with selecting vitamins, supplements and wellness products.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
